How Do I Return an Item I Purchased?

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise noted, our products have a 15 day refund policy. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number or they will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. To request an RMA please submit an RMA Request Form. Upon completing the RMA Request Form you will receive instructions on where and how to return the product to us for processing. The RMA form must be completed within 15 days of delivery and product must be received within 10 days of RMA form submission. If after 15 days we have not received a completed RMA request, the sale is considered final. For international returns, please contact our support team for instructions and guidelines.

All returned products must be in their original condition, with all original materials including all packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap. We must receive your item back within 10 days of the date of the RMA request. Please allow us up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return to process a credit. Merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

We recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, PhoneStealth.com will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. The amount of credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned less the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Defective Returns: Once you receive an RMA (see above), you may return most non-defective, unused items for a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping and handing is non-refundable.

Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us within 1 year for a replacement. If the item shows signs of misuse or is incomplete, it will not be accepted for return.

All sales are final on the following products:

Open or used products	Single use products
Data recovery products	Software or media
Counter-surveillance products	Other items as noted on product detail page

The original manufacturers warranty applies to all products and will replaced at no charge if determined to be defective within warranty period.

Order Cancellation Policy

We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the item to us. Please do not refuse delivery as this may incur additional shipping fees as opposed to simply sending the item back to us for refund.

Unless otherwise noted, all products sold by PhoneStealth.com are covered by a 1 Year Warranty through the manufacturer of the product. It will be up to the discretion of the manufacturer whether to repair or replace the defective merchandise.

PhoneStealth.com considers any item returned to us for any reason to be a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned due to no signer or any other reason. PhoneStealth.com is not responsible for any shipper errors or errors made by the customer while completing checkout information at time of purchase.
